Delayed Deliveries During Ramadhan & Raya Season

Please be informed that there might be a minor delay in the arrival of your orders due to the Raya festive season shutdown at the courier companies. At the same time, Lazada recently changed one of their shipping agent (from Skynet to GDex). Since then, there were few feedback that transit time is longer. While it does look like GDex is slower but please be patient as they just recently come aboard and may be experiencing a huge increase in their volume due to Lazada traffic.

What you can do:

Please monitor you shipment where possible. We provide all our online customers with the tracking no. for PosLaju/GDex so you can use it to track you parcel when its en-route. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for the online tracking system to update. If you still can’t find your tracking no. after 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.

What we can do:

Our commitment to you remains strong, our inventory remains stocked throughout the festive season and we still consistently ship out all orders within 1 working day. And as mentioned earlier, please contact us if you find that your orders are taking longer than usual to arrive. We will be more than happy to assist you.

Important note:
All shipping services will observe shutdown period during the Hari Raya Holiday (23rd to 28th June 2017) and will not operate/deliver, so your orders will not reach you during this festive season. Shipment will continue after shut down period. If you need the items urgently, we advise you to not wait until last minute or your orders will not reach you in time.

One final note: Here’s wishing you Salam Ramadhan and Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

      Hi Akma,

So far we did not receive any notice from the courier company about special shutdown period besides the observed holidays. As such, based on the normal working calendar, the last delivery date should be on 30th August, and operation will resume back on 4th September 2017

      Hope this helps 🙂
