The first few questions that comes into our customer’s mind before they make their first purchase of our essential oils was, “Why is it cheaper compared to other company’s essential oils?”. “Are the essential oils 100% pure and undiluted?”. But once they have tried it out, they loved it so much and actually returns for more.
Well, the answer is very simple! The reason our pricing are more affordable is because we actually get our oils directly from the distiller company. We did not take our oils from dealers hence there is no middleman costs involved. Furthermore, with simplified packaging and selling from online, we do not incur many overheads that other sellers do. And all these savings we translate it to cheaper pricing to our customers. It is also our believe that the wonders of nature should be made affordable to everyone. How wonderful is that!!
Additionally, our principle is a reputable distiller that supplies natural oils to the aromatherapy industry for over 40 years. Over the course of these years, they have accumulated quite an impressive array of international certification; among some of the more well-known to us are U.S. FDA, WHO GMP, USDA certified organic and EcoCert. Not only that, they are also certified Halal by the U.S FDA. The main reason we chose them is because of their core value to ensure that their oils are ethically produced and do not contain synthetic particles.
All of our essential oils descriptions will include the botanical name, process method and source of origin. These information are important as different genus, processing method and source will yield different type and quality of essential oils. Well, are you convinced yet? Do try it out and you will know it for yourself.

i am really interested in your essential oils but i have few questions:
1) Is there support services where I can check with which oil can blend with which oil? What happens if the oils were not supposed to be blended together and I already blended them together? Who can I direct the questions to?
2) Can all the essential oil be directly applied to the face or must it be diluted with water or something?
3) Is there any guide/ “recipe” to mix the oils to achieve the result that I want to get? I.e. if i want to get the oils for dry skin, what is the correct combination? how about for normal skin? ezcema?
4) Can the oils be used , be it applied directly to the skin, or inhale, or intake during pregnancy?
5) What is the shelf life of the oils? If buy in bulk, can the oil last for 2 to 3 years? If not I may need to purchase a lower volume
6) Is all the essential oil only contains pure essential oil and nothing additional?
Looking forward to purchase the products.

Hi Yi Wen, thanks for your questions.
1. To answer your questions regarding essential oil blends, well its mostly about preferences. There is really no hard rules to say what mixture of oil are not suppose to be blended. It is more of achieving complementing scents and properties that you wanted out of essential oils. However, essential oils safety rules needs to apply when it is blended for young children, pregnant mothers or those with sensitivities issues. This book is a good starting point: http://roberttisserand.com/essential-oil-safety-2nd-edition/
2. It is always important to remember that essential oils needs to be diluted in carrier oil before using topically/applying on the skin. Carrier oil also helps to distribute the oils more evenly into the skin.
3. This book would be a great reference for essential oil enthusiast: https://books.google.com.my/books?id=4cdADQAAQBAJ&source=gbs_navlinks_s
4. It actually depends on what oils are being used. The essential oil safety book http://roberttisserand.com/essential-oil-safety-2nd-edition/ is a very good reference.
5. Most oils can last at least 2 years. Some oils like patchouli last longer and the scent gets better as it aged.
6. Our oils are pure and natural, and non-diluted.
Hope the above answers your question. You may pm/email us should you need further clarifications.

Good Day,Soap Cart!
I am interested in buying your sandalwood essential oil.
Is the sandalwood oil origin India or other country?
Do I have to dilute it before applying it on the skin?
Thank you.

Soap Cart
Hi Harvind,
We’ve stocked in sandalwood oil originated from India, and it is thick in viscosity and undiluted, so yes you will need to dilute it before applying it on the skin. We have yet to list it on our website as we’re in the midst of preparing it cos we’ll be launching it with other new oils as well. You can email us at [email protected] if you are interested, it will be based on introductory price.
Cheers!

Hello soap-cart,
Im looking for an essential oil that is floral and good for the skin. Im considering between palmarosa and rose geranium. Which one would you suggest? Or do you have any other suggestion?
Thank you.
Soap Cart
Hi there. If were choose only one of them, I would personally prefer rose geranium because it has more rosy scent compared to palmarosa, where it’s more herbal with hint of rose. Both are good for skin though, where it helps to encourage elasticity, stimulate cell regeneration and regulates the production of sebum. You may also consider getting both and blend them together. It will create even wonderful rose scent plus the benefits of both oils!

That would be great. Thank you!
